I wanted to take this opportunity to Thank you & your team for your extraordinary care during an exciting & anxiety producing season in our lives. Words can’t express how grateful we are to have had you & your team's support during Our son's transition from Family first to Next Level. Our family was elated with the progress & transformation that had occurred during the rehab time at Family first for our son & our relationship with him, individually, as divorced parents & as a family. We were so excited to have him home but The unknown transition before us created high anxiety. We felt we needed the extra support that was recommended for our son's homecoming. We wanted to continue utilizing the tools learned at Family first & maintain open & transparent communication with our son, yet wanted to be able to offer him a mentor- sober coach that he could rely on as well . As divorced parents, with our own unique set of challenges , the individual sessions & co-parenting sessions offered the support we needed to navigate our individual relationship with our son & to rise above some old patterns & challenges we had faced as co-parents.
The result allowed us to do & be our absolute best to be the support & guidance our son needed at such an integral time in all of our lives. We will continue to utilize the tools & insights learned. We are forever grateful for how positively they influenced our son's life ,us as individuals , as parents & as a family. Your work is transforming lives & impacting individuals & families in an incredible way. We feel blessed to have had such a wonderful team to rely on .
🤍 THANK YOU AGAIN, from the bottom of our hearts!!!!

“After years of unsuccessful attempts to get our son into a rehab program for the treatment of his drug addictions, the situation had become dire. My husband and I feared that he was near the end of his life: he was suffering not only from several different drug addictions but also from severe mental illness.
Next level Recovery Associates was recommended to us during one of many desperate calls to a center to seek help. Within minutes of speaking with Blake, I knew he and Amanda were the team that could finally help us. Over the course of the next few days, we talked with them in-depth and at length about our son. He went with them willingly after putting up a short verbal battle.
Amanda was invaluable in that she not only chose a dual diagnosis center that would best suit his needs, but she also made all of the necessary arrangements for his admittance. Once he was in treatment she followed up several times each week with the staff to make sure we had good communications.
Blake guided my husband and me through the very difficult process of easing our mental anguish. He communicated with us multiple times during his escort of our son to his treatment center and then continued to check on us almost daily during the duration of his stay.
Our son enthusiastically completed a six-week stay in detoxification and rehabilitation and then moved on to an outpatient program that was again chosen by Blake and Amanda of Next Level Recovery Associates. My family and I plan to follow up with coaching from the Next Level team.
To Blake and Amanda-
Thank you for your kind gentle reassuring manner, your professionalism, your experience, and compassion.
Thank you for your decision-making skills, your quick response time, your intuition and great communication.
Thank you for your expertise, for making arrangements, being quick on your feet, and for having the ability to calm a frantic family.
Thank you mostly though for being you! You are both remarkable extraordinary incredible human beings!”

“After 2 1/2 years of struggling with addiction, two previous rehabs, and various relapses, my daughter’s life was dangling by a thread. She continued to refuse further treatment. Blake and Amanda were truly a godsend.
My daughter’s intervention was filled with extraordinary circumstances and roadblocks, which all had the potential for failure. We were in the middle of a pandemic, and we needed to take additional precautions. It was critical that my daughter be placed immediately into rehab. At the point when my daughter had finally surrendered, had packed, and was ready to go to the rehab which had previously approved her, the rehab reneged on its commitment to take her. Amanda and Blake had to spend the night in a hotel nearby. The next morning, they took my daughter to a psychiatric hospital for an evaluation at the request of that rehab as a condition for admittance. Both Blake and Amanda were proactive, resourceful, and in total command of a chaotic and stressful situation, which included the possibility of my daughter backing out or fleeing. This sole endeavor took several hours. Blake and Amanda handled the situation expertly, with great skill and patience. They kept in constant contact with us during this lengthy and stressful period.
Even after the evaluation concluded that my daughter needed a drug rehab and not psychiatric confinement, the rehab still refused to take her. I felt defeated and angry. Fortunately, Amanda and Blake had considered this possibility. They had the foresight to begin making arrangements the previous night at another treatment facility, which in the end was a far better place and more suited for my daughter’s needs. We later found out that my daughter had been refused treatment because she was not a “self-paying” client.
At 8 PM on the second day of the intervention, my daughter was finally delivered safely to the new rehab. I trusted Blake and Amanda every step of the way. I don’t know how this would have ended in the hands of other interventionists. I am certain that their professionalism, unquestionable competency, extensive combined experience, and their tenacity saved my daughter’s life. I believe this sense of commitment accounts for their success record. They continue to check on my daughter every week and to provide me with an update. Amanda and Blake put their hearts and souls into this intervention. I would tell anyone who is in need of help for a friend or family member to contact these wonderful people. They can change your life for the better. I thank God every day for having found them and for their continued presence in our lives.”

“Blake’s services and approach have been stellar in working alongside our son (and us as parents), as our son finds a "new normal" after some needed inpatient care. Blake has just the right touch of understanding a wobbly journey while holding out hope as things get steadier, seeking and suggesting practical solutions while doing just the right amount of hand-holding.
His respect for our adult son’s boundaries came with the right amount of touching base with us as parents. It was such a boon at a stressful, sometimes scary time to have an extra set of eyes on our son’s progress, to have an extra voice of encouragement, and to have a non-familial but warm presence as a guide.
Together with Blake, our son was able to meet some specific goals and just gain stronger footing for his own next steps. I can’t say enough good things about Blake’s work, and I’d highly recommend Next Level Recovery as a result.
THANK YOU for everything!”

“Next Level was a critical part of healing our family and supporting my son's recovery. They taught us the necessary communication and mindset to succeed in co-parenting under crisis. Amanda and Blake are professional, responsive, detail-oriented and caring. Without their support, I am not sure whether we would be where we are today.”

“Within the space of two months the Next Level team has helped transform our contentious co-parenting relationship into a functional one. Blake and Amanda are extremely patient and have offered tremendous support and advice which has enabled us to break old habits and establish a new more positive way of communicating. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team who make themselves available to address issues as they arise. The entire family unit has strengthened and we are grateful for the insight and guidance which they have provided. “

“My family started working with Next Level Recovery in March. Initially we were looking for someone to act as a Life/Recovery Coach to help our daughter get and keep a job, something that has been a big challenge for her.
Our daughter has had a lot of issues for a long time and as parents we (me, the Mom) have struggled to set limits and hold the line. Blake and Amanda decided that it would be best for her to work with our daughter and Blake to work with my husband and me.
The Covid 19 pandemic put any kind of job on the back burner, however Amanda has worked with our daughter on other issues and has been invaluable in helping all of us when things hit the inevitable bumps, derailments, and snags. Now that jobs are opening up Amanda is keeping our daughter on track, which means we can stay out of it.
During our first call with Blake, as the tears came, I told my husband I wanted to speak with Blake alone. That began our weekly calls and I have to say, he has helped me immensely. Blake has a very intuitive sense about what to say and what to ask. I do not feel judged, and I feel able to express my feelings and frustrations about dealing with a daughter who struggles with both addiction and mental illness. I can also express my difficulty in staying in my own lane.
It is so important to have qualified and understanding support on this difficult journey. It is also so important to work with people who are willing to “meet you where you are”. I have struggled with “loving detachment” for years. I am truly grateful to be working with Blake, and having Amanda working with our daughter.”
